TradePact is a trading name of Curious House Design Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 16600459, and whose registered office is located in the United Kingdom.
2. Use of Our Services
By accessing and using our software, you agree to comply with these terms. Our software is designed to assist UK builders, trade contractors, and clients in establishing clearly defined quote scopes, signatures, and automatic deposit requests.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the quotes, scope details, and exclusions you define comply with all relevant UK trade standards and consumer laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3. Quoting and E-Signatures
TradePact facilitates digital signing. These electronic signatures are designed to comply with the UK's Electronic Communications Act 2000 and the UK eIDAS Regulations, making them legally binding documents. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all signatories have the proper authority to execute the agreements.
4. Subscriptions, Fees and VAT
Subscription fees for TradePact are billed monthly at the rate of £29/mo (inclusive or exclusive of UK VAT, as detailed during checkout). We reserve the right to modify subscription terms or pricing upon 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are billed automatically and can be cancelled at any time via your account panel.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
